I dont cook many winter squash but ive been told this one is both easy to grow and a good storage squash so had to try it first. Im so glad my first experience with Drlucata was this recipe! Loved it. It’ll be my go to for Thanksgiving, maybe with a crunchy breadcrumbs topping. Yum!
