So good no leftovers!
I used fresh corn and sautéed in a pan before mixing with the other ingredients,
I used skillet on the stove and didn’t have a burger smasher but the advice worked great!

These were excellent. I’m always looking for new and creative ways to use ground beef and this one is a winner. You definitely want to do these on a flat top to get that perfect sear and flavor. Don’t skip any of the add-ons! I will definitely be making these again. (Even my hard-to-impress-because-he’s-a-fantastic-cook boyfriend fully approved!)
