Loved this recipe!! Been trying all sorts of things on my new Blackstone. This was soo flavorful, and easy to make. Don’t sleep on the cilantro lime sauce. It was creamy & dreamy. Thank you Erin for a great recipe. Next time I will pair it with a skinny margarita.

Taco Tuesday just got better. Hands down the best chicken fajita recipe I have tried. And yes, the thighs are 100% better! Everyone in the family gave it 5 stars and told me not to use any other recipe again ❤️ the refreshing cilantro sauce and perfectly seasoned veggies just took it over the top!
