Hi Lynn – thank you so much, I really appreciate the compliment! Actually, Whole30 doesn’t incorporate dairy during the 30 day elimination period. You can add dairy back into your diet if you want to afterwards and see how it makes your body feel, otherwise feel free to eat it or not! Hope that helps clear things up!

I like this concept but, as with all other eating plans, it uses dairy products such as milk, yogurt, etc. I can’t use those since I am lactose intolerant and can’t “stomach” or even comfortably look at anything that even looks like milk or yogurt since being made to drink milk as a child and becoming so sick.

Mostly, I struggle with finding breakfast suggestions and am hoping I can figure out a plan.
Thanks for making all of this available. You have done a great deal of research and work putting it together!
