Here is another Whole30 meal plan for you guys! I hope you find it helpful!  A few things to note, if you find yourself needing a snack I have a round-up of 20+ Whole30 Compliant Snacks<\/a> for you to choose from! Also, feel to just use this for inspiration or follow it to a “T” – whatever works best for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Lunch:<\/strong>  Salad with Chicken, hard-boiled egg, carrots, sunflower seeds, olive and mushrooms.  Dressing ranch or compliant french (or both)<\/span><\/li>
    3. Dinner:<\/strong> Slow Cooker Short Rib Ragu<\/a> + Zoodles<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Tuesday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Breakfast:<\/strong> Healthy Sausage + Veggie Egg Cups <\/a> (make extra for the week)<\/span><\/li>
      2. Lunch:<\/strong> Tuna Salad<\/a> + celery<\/span><\/li>
      3. Dinner:<\/strong> Asian-Inspired Salmon + Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice <\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Wednesday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Breakfast:<\/strong> Apple Stuffed Sweet Potato <\/a><\/span><\/li>
        2. Lunch:<\/strong> Leftover Slow Cooker Ragu (with zoodles or spaghetti squash or just plain)<\/span><\/li>
        3. Dinner:<\/strong> Instant Pot Turkey Chili <\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Thursday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Breakfast:<\/strong>  Leftover Egg Cups<\/a>  Sweet potato toast + avocado and poached egg<\/a><\/span><\/li>
          2. Lunch:<\/strong> Easy Lettuce Sandwich<\/a> <\/span><\/li>
          3. Dinner:<\/strong> Easy Beef Lettuce Wraps<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Friday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Breakfast: <\/strong>Sweet potato toast + avocado and poached egg<\/a><\/span><\/li>
            2. Lunch:<\/strong> Leftover Turkey Chili<\/span><\/li>
            3. Dinner:<\/strong> Buffalo Chicken Wings<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Saturday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Breakfast:<\/strong> Sausage + Mushroom Frittata<\/a><\/span><\/li>
              2. Lunch:<\/strong> Shrimp\/Chicken Caesar Salad <\/a><\/span><\/li>
              3. Dinner:<\/strong> Instant Pot Ribs<\/a> + Simple Steamed Green Beans<\/a> + Herby Potatoes<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Sunday<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Breakfast:<\/strong> American Fries<\/a> + Fried Egg + Roasted Broccolini<\/a><\/span><\/li>
                2. Lunch:<\/strong> Chipotle – their pork is compliant and recently they have a compliant chicken! Get with lettuce, pico de Gallo and guacamole!  (or make a homemade chipotle bowl with cauliflower rice<\/a>, guacamole<\/a>, pico de gallo, lettuce, grilled steak<\/a> or chicken<\/a>) So nice to take a break from dishes!<\/span><\/li>
                3. Dinner:<\/strong> Sunday Roasted Chicken Soup <\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
