Whole30 Snacks<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In case you need a little Whole30 Snack inspiration!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, lets set the record straight – if you are following the Whole30 rules to a “T” you know that there is a recommendation that you NOT snack between meals.  Remember that this is a recommendation, not a rule.  (Click here to read the official Whole30 Snacking 101 post). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be different for everyone, but for me personally, I found it incredibly difficult to not snack between lunch and dinner and then again in the evening (I have done 4 rounds of Whole30, by the way).  I tend to work late into the night so if we eat dinner around 5:30 you can bet I will be hungry around 8:00, especially when I know I will be up working for another 3 hours.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I have really honed a nice list of Whole30 compliant snacks for you guys to choose from in case you are like me and eliminating snacks altogether just doesn’t seem to work with your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I am passing on my knowledge to you guys! Hopefully you find this helpful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

List of Whole30 Snacks<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Homemade chicken bone broth<\/a> – I absolutely LOVE drinking a cup of bone broth at night.  Add either half or an entire avocado to increase calories to keep you full.  You could also add a soft-boiled egg! My favorite bone broth is homemade, but I also love BonaFide Provisions and LonoLife.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sweet Potato Cinnamon Sticks<\/a> + Homemade Whole30 Ranch<\/a> (yes, they taste good together!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Guacamole (homemade guacamole<\/a> or store-bought) + carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Olives (check the ingredients)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Avocado with coconut aminos and some red pepper flakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Dried mango (don’t go too crazy, these do have a lot of sugar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Other Dried fruit + nuts (I love cashews, almonds + pistachios)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Beef Sticks – I like the ones from my Thrive Market shopping list<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Apples + Creamy Cashew Butter<\/a> + sprinkle of cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Plantain Chips (check your ingredients)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. A little side salad (either with a Japanese dressing or a little greek salad)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Veggies + Homemade Whole30 Ranch<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Celery + Almond Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Rx Bar (or other compliant “granola” type bar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Roasted Yam\/Sweet Potato + homemade ghee<\/a> (and a pinch of salt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Leftovers \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Slow cooker applesauce<\/a> + cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Hard-boiled egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. 1 fried egg (I love having one of these at night – totally satisfies me!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Banana + almond or homemade cashew butter<\/a> (cut the banana into little slices and put a little dollop of cashew butter on top)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. Pea pods<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
