Another great recipe! I made this when I was doing whole 30 and it’s one I continue to make – weekly!! Easy to make (and remember the recipe by heart) so it’s an easy week night meal.

Made easy Greek Chicken Bake for my wife tonight. It was a big success! She has loved Mediterranean food ever since we visited Greece a few years ago. It was just like we were dining on the island of Santorini and it is so easy to make. Added plus, Mediterranean food is such a healthy food option.

I was looking for something easy and different from my pandemic dinner routine lately and this was so easy and hit the spot. I can’t recommend this enough and am already planning to make this again soon. Only modification was a little lemon juice squeezed on top before baking 🙂 Highly recommend!
