Everyone loved this salad! My boys assembled it while dinner was also ready. Delicious and the perfect fall salad to highlight local produce! I meant to give 5 stars!

Made this salad for Thanksgiving and it’s not only beautiful but tastes amazing! It was a hit with the family! I changed it up a bit and marinated the onions in olive oil and red wine vinegar and it was delicious. Will definitely be making this again!
