Glad you like this one, Steven! I generally take my prime rib out a couple hours before cooking so it can come to room temp .. that’s when I season it. So about 3 hours before cooking!

Hi Rachel! Yes, you could definitely make ahead of time – make as directed and then transfer to a 9×13 baking dish, cover with foil and put in the fridge. To reheat, place in a 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until warmed through. Hope that helps!
